Connor offers three levels of quality control: for HR departments, students and trainers.
We organise regular meetings with HR to review quality control feedback from staff and ensure that course participants are fully satisfied with the services we have delivered.
As part of our elaborate monitoring system, designed to ensure that course objectives are met, participants receive an online questionnaire after nine hours of training, again at the half-way point and at the end of a course, to provide feedback on course content, trainers and progress. This feedback is shared with the HR office and allows us to ensure high satisfaction levels.
As part of our ongoing trainer training programme, Connor trainers receive regular checks in the classroom in order to improve their performance. Particular attention is given to simulation and role-plays, classroom management and student interaction.
